Quality Hardware

We’ve been selling computer systems to retailers for 14 years now, and along the way we’ve changed hardware vendors a few times.

Every time we’ve changed, it’s been because of quality problems.  We’ve been a distributor for some of the biggest and best names in the industry, Dell and Micron to name two.  Dell and Micron are two very good names in the computer business, and I’m sure many of you have had great experiences with them.  But frankly, they are not good enough for us!  That’s why we build our own computers and servers.  We control every part that goes in them and we accept only the best.

Why?

If you rely on your computer to run your store you can’t be down.  And for us, we have an excellent exchange and service program that is very expensive for us to keep up, if we send out less than the absolute best hardware.  That’s why we build our own.

We’ve sent out hundreds of computers since we started building our own.  Our Computer RMA's (returns, most of which are due to handling during shipping) have dropped by 80%.  That saves you frustration and time; and saves us frustration, time and money!
